So! not go around and around with this but I have copied 153 before weak
but was I listening to Arabic or Romanian....I googled my question can Arabic be mistaken for Romanian and the answer was yes "if you are not familiar with the language they can sound similar from afar" so you knows ?? the little I copied on 153 at times sounded Arabic? so what verification do we have that Algeria is really closed on 153 ?? just a little pondering here...
