Hello Gedas I listened tonight on the utwente SDR and at 10:50 PM US Eastern I heard what sounded like maybe Algeria, but it was faint. Then at 10:54 as you noted the test tone started up and at 11:00 PM (03:00 UTC) Satelor started up with their folk music program.
It's unfortunate that some of these broadcasters have gone silent. The last two vehicles I rented while on vacation in Europe had longwave coverage and I always enjoy tuning around the band while driving around during the evenings.
