The AMRAD active whip design uses the Crystalonics CP666 high linearity N-channel FET. The Crystalonics website is a little lacking and seems to suggest that they now only offer a dual CP666D FET. Does anyone know if the FET is still available? I'm interested in doing some high linearity active whip experimentation. Does anyone have any recommendations for FETs that may work well in active whips? I know the J310 and U310 are popular. I'm looking for higher linearity, higher performance which likely means a higher power FET. Thanks for any suggestions. 73, Ed, KI6R, SaddleBrooke, Az
