I've read about using sdr's with the IF outputs of transcievers. That's very handy when you have a two-way link with the pc. Makes for a quick responding and user-friendly operation on the bands. I'll look for your link Ed when posted. All I have in the shack are sdr's, so I have nothing on hand to try that out with. I'll check out the Belka. I've heard the name but haven't looked into it yet. Today, just for fun, I had the V3 on 20m sstv just to copy a few pics from 14.230 mhz. It seemed to do fine on that mode/freq.
