Gedas, I saw the pulsating carrier two nights ago on 209 but have not seen it since. I have not seen that signal on 198 before or after that one day. I am wondering if they want to keep it maintained. It's one thing for them to shut down and another to give up their license. I could not hear any audio but it looked wide enough and stable enough to think it might be them. Having an SDR makes it easy to see anything you have not seen before!
