Different story from my end. 198 kHz has had absolutely zero signals on it since shut down. Last night I saw a pulsating carrier on 209. Something like two signals het each other but very very regular, about 3-4 Hz rate. But no modulation, just a carrier being turned on and off at a fast rate. I do see at times moderately strong carrier on 153 kHz. I do not think it is Romania instead I think it is Algeria. Rumor has it that they are running lower power as they make repairs and do maintenance. Currently recording Algeria on 252 kHz, very strong. And Poland as well, recordable too but not nearly the signal of Algeria. 73 GV
