Mea culpa. Misread period for commas! Been reading too many European manuals where they use periods for commas and we are vice versa. Essentially the Canadian regulation power levels are almost identical, so 4.5 mW for a 44 m ISM band beacon would be okay. 5 mW would be "pushing" the limit. For 6.765-6.795 MHz: 15.500 mV/m (83.81 dBμV/m) field strength at 30 m. For band 13.553-13.567 MHz: 15.848 mV/m (84 dBμV/m) field strength at 30 m. 73.
