If you zero-beat the carrier and find it to actually be on 207, that is a virtual guarantee that it is not an intermod product from AM BCB stations, with their nice, even 10 kHz spacings. Until about 3 or 4 years ago, a broadcast on 207 would most likely have been from Iceland; but that mast was demolished immediately after the station was shut down. The frequency also used to be home to stations in Spain, Jordan, Ukraine, and Morocco in years past.
