Huh, that is very interesting ! (in my best Sgt. Shultz impression). I do not have a recent WRTV listing and other than the elusive 4 Mongolian stations, the only "new" station that I knew of was "Artic Radio" from Sweden on 261 kHz. I did check on 207 but saw zip so fingers crossed you maybe did see a new station. 73 Gedas W8BYA
