The Behringer 202HD is a very competent A/D interface. I can't think of any reason why it shouldn't work just as well for JJY, as long as the computer it's working with is electrically quiet. Its input frequency response may not extend to the f/2 Nyquist limit at 98 kHz (I've not had one on the bench yet) but it is rated no more than 3 dB down at 50 kHz, and thus just might let you perform interesting comparisons with WWVB. In addition, with a 24 bit converter, its dynamic range ought to just walk off and leave everyday 14 bit SDRs behind in difficult conditions. The extra numerical precision could be enough to make a difference in a few cases, for instance, whether SAQ is a no-show or decent copy. I'd like to test that hypothesis myself next summer, in fact.
