Ray, that is interesting. I've never seen/heard this phenomenon at my QTH. Alas, this weekend I got no WSPR spots from 630m at all, a contrast on the previous weekend (26/27 Jan) where there was pretty consistent activity. Now the worst of the storms are over, perhaps some activity will return. In general, after the initial flurry as 630m became available, there has been something of a decline in its use, as gauged by my somewhat irregular monitoring. Ed
