Anomaly update: After some MF-LF antenna work here, as well as grounding, the anomaly is more noticeable. This screenshot of the wspr waterfall points this out, in comparison to my last one. Notice the anomaly's signal strength in comparison to KE7A's +5db signal 100 miles away. It's not too very far below his signal in strength.

Well, if nothing else, I can use this always present signal as a reference for gauging how well my antenna system is working or comparing one antennas performance to another. :-)
