On December 29, 2023, I put a beacon on 44 meters (courtesy of the work of Ian VE3DJI/VA3KAH beacon) Its on 6.785.80 MHz CW ODX is the ID, location Burlington Ontario FN03BH. I hope to have it run 24/7 I use a dipole cut for this frequency up about 20' I've been monitoring it over the last few days via the Kiwisdr receivers and its been heard in about 12 states and two provinces so far. The frequency is based on all the receivers I've listened on in CW mode. Ian plans on setting up his own 44 meter band beacon in the spring time. I don't have a QSL card for it but reports are very much welcome. Ian was able to convert the original 22 meter beacon for 44 meter band use. Power output is the same. I still run my 22 meter beacon which also uses ODX as the callsign. Thanks Steve 73
