Exactly, Mongolia never shifted their LW frequencies down 2 kHz when everyone else did, e.g. BBC moved from 200 to 198. Before Atlantic 252 went on the air, Ireland had been allocated 254 (which Radio Nova used briefly for test broadcasts sometime in the 1980s).
