John, I'll ask some clarifying questions. I'm a guy who aspires to join the stations transmitting on WSPR soon (just RX now). Is the issue that DMV is transmitting on top of other stations, his alleged power output or both?

I've wondered about the best way to spread out to avoid tx collisions. If there are best practices for that I'd like to hear about it and this board (or website) seems like a reasonable place to find such things.
