These cheap chargers are simply grief Ed... you've noticed also. LED's and dimmers... more noise. At my former home, I had a wifi network that was destroying lf-hf reception because of it's PS. Fortunately, I was able to switch it out because it was 12V... I substituted a linear PS and it was dead quiet afterward. I wish home 120 vac wiring was mandated to be a cable of internally twisted pair (neutral and hot) with a ground. Be nice to have it inside thinwall metal conduit also. I think a home wired like that would radiate a whole lot less noise. I know it's hard to get reactance at LF, but proper design of hardware would go along way. IMHO, I think most RF regulations of products are ignored and manufacturers and given a pass as the "blind eye" of the regulators is turned away.
