No, I have not. I do identify some NDB's without CW. I thought they would all have CW but apparently not. From what I can see not all NDB's are alike. I have been wondering if some of them use PSK or similar encoding can they be decoded. I have tried but to no avail. One reason I think is the strength of their signal.
