Since I live not far from the coast it makes sense that I am seeing a blip at 146.35 kHz every one second. The FCC's allocation table allocates this range of frequencies to navigation beacons. I am sure I have seen it before but did not pay much attention. It is fairly strong and that re-enforces my thought that it is a coastal navigation beacon. Any thoughts?
