I too checked in with a remote SDR that had a very nice reception of Romania on 153 kHz. I listened for several hours and got a very good feel what the language and music sounded like. I would be listening to it now but the SDR I was using had a 2 hour limit every 24 hours. So tomorrow I will check in again but at a later time to see if they are still transmitting. During the afternoon all of the LWBC stations including TDF on 162 kHz sounded fine. No station was under modulated but my listening time may have been different from Glenn's. I am currently listening to TDF and Morocco on 171 directly and they sound fine. 73 Gedas W8BYA
