Horrendous QRN from nearby storms but here goes. NF means noise floor WHILE lightning QRN lets up for a second or two. 153 kHz, carrier only about 20-25 dB above the NF. 162 kHz like it was local, 30 dB above the NF. 171 kHz listened at wrong period of QSB as carrier was only 10 dB above NF, zero mod. 198 kHz doing great. Peaking 25-30 dB above NF and can actually make out words between Thor's raging outbursts. Zip from Poland and 252 kHz. Will check back later, maybe the QRN will let up. 73 Gedas W8BYA
