Well, it may very well be the power company. I have lived in this area just over a year and have not seen this to date. If I lengthen my panaramic display out to include higher and lower frequencies I see a bunch pop up at one time. But I swear I hear a siren sound ever couple of minutes on 205. I have lived in this area long enough to have seen them but for whatever reason I missed them. Needless to say it is like several RTU's coming on at once. That may be a good reason to assume its the power company. I don't know the government would give them lower frequencies like this to have for their own. When all the NDB's leave watch the government give them those frequencies as well.
