205 and 165 kHz

205 and its companion 165 came on at 23:55 UTC just moments ago. As before the modulation in 205 is not really readable but once in a while i hear the sound of a siren? 165 has no modulation. There as strong in carrier strength as most any of the NDB's that I see.
