I considered that but I do see some broadband communications here sometimes. That's the one I really hate to wait out. I have been assuming that it is the power company doing their thing. This carrier that had modulation (and I couldn't hear it well enough to identify it) also had a companion signal at 165 Khz which went on and off at the same time 205 Khz appeared. I look at every signal on LW differently. As if it needed proving or understanding. That's the reason I ask. Thanks for the reply!
