While not that one in particular, I have been hearing odd multi-frequency popagation(?) "ditters" right across 2-30MHz at predictible intervals. I wonder if it's related? Check a broadband (10MHz) waterfall next time you hear it. They never seem to use the same frequency set twice in a row and the odd time they land in an ISM band (which is why I went chasing them). Some are single "pip!", others double and I heard one triple near the MUF. Very powerful pips, as pretty much any Kiwi I used around the planet that used more than a set of "TV rabbit ears", received the pips. 73's
