Hi Mike. Ahhh, that makes perfect sense. I got some more good decodes from last night/early this morning.I think I will let my HP-3325 with an external 10 MHz GPS reference warm up then transmit a weak carrier on something like 185.305 kHz and adjust ARGO to read that correctly. Then I should be good to go. And yes you are right.....it really is amazing what the early pioneers of EM transmissions and receptions were able to do with what they had to work with, and so darn well.
Once calibrated I will post some nicer captures now that the nights are getting longer. BTW, your WM (191 miles away) might as well be in my back yard. She looks 100% perfect with zero noise, all stable ground wave. Oh, is there any way to attach images on this site or should I keep providing URL's?
