Old timers here will remember references to Fair Radio in the Low and Medium Frequency Radio Scrapbook series by Ken Cornell, W2IMB. I remember receiving their catalogs back in the 1970s while I was in high school, and they were amazing. They were a go-to for the old Command Set radios, HV transformers, meter movements, large air variable capacitors, and the like. If you live in that area, you should make the trip before they clear it all out.
