For those interested in the radio technology of the Poulsen Arc generator, I just found that C.F. Elwell's book is available via google books: play.google.com/store/books/details?id=hoVRAAAAMAAJ&rdid=book-hoVRAAAAMAAJ&rdot=1&pli=1 Elwell, as I learned recently from reading "The Continuous Wave" established the working principles of the arc, enabling outputs to be scaled to 100s of kW. This volume covers these principles and provides an interesting perspective on radio in the early 1920s. Ed
