so i am doing a 35' high pvc and nylon guy rope structure and a couple of stovepipe liner scraos which will make the antenna nice and fat in a couple spots so HOPEFULLY i'll be able to pass a voice signal from it. what i cannot do/am too lazy to do is run a ton of radials BUT the base of this operation will be in the swamp. do you think i need to tune out my ground spike to make the swamp more resonant? i feel while good and wet, its not spanning 1/4 mile in every directions. just a couple of small streams that dry up around august. I am in the heart of the region where the swamp yankee resides, and if some coils and a tuning cap will maximize my swamp, thats better
