Two days of high winds and constant heavy rain. Last night we received about 4 inches of snow.  We neverget snow here. 11pm, we loose power due to weather per P G & E. As of now we still have no power and its 40 degrees here. If you have any input/reports for the lowfer net please send themto me via email and I will compile them and get them out to everyone.
