Nuther o' them dang corn-fused ham-a-chur radio guys what thinks it's a new band o' there-un, no doubt. A lot of reports today in the single-digits (negative and positive) SNR values over long paths, plus a powerful presence on Argo here in Kansas even after the rest of the band had already faded away by sunset, would tend to confirm that 200 mW power indication. Where do you suppose they're hearing about 22 meters in the first place, and why would they think just anything goes?
