Finally got a chance to view the summary of last week's WSPRnet 22 m reports, and no longer find WA2DVM listed at all. From the average reported SNRs, it appears VA2YTU and XE2ITY could be running the powers they state; but I have no idea how to find Mexico's no-license rules, if any. All I can find for 22 m is the certification requirements for imported equipment.
