This TIS is one of the few I have ever heard. This AM it was an S9. I got the following reply from my report over on the HFU....."They've been running 100 watts since the beginning of the Covid Pandemic in 2020. They've been looping that "technical difficulties" message for months." Apparently the FCC info is not up to date....still saying 10w. Maybe not as gooda catch as first thought, but still unusual. I'll take 'em any way I can....hi.
