Hey All, just in time for the holiday weekend I finally got out in the yard to do antenna repair. The antenna for MN had malfunctioned and I rebuilt it but the SWR was bizarre so I took it down and double checked. Hmm, looked fine at the antenna. A careful inspection showed that the rabbits chewed through the feed line coax in not one, not two but three different places over the winter. I have a temporary solution in place with my POTA coax but the good news is that the MN beacon is back on the air. Should still be at 13562.86. Good to have it back on the air beeping away.
