Has Algeria 252 been reactivated after being off for more than half a year? I hear constant babble in the background of my beloved RTE. I listen to RTE every day and the interfering talk programme of unidentified language wasn't there 24 hours ago. A strange occurrence, keeping transmitters shut down for 8 months and putting them back on air sudden without any announcement. The same happened on 153 earlier, now causing a constant beep upon Antena Satelor due to offset. What might be the reason for that? Is any background known (maybe construction works?) ?
